Microcasting
Micro casting is a manufacturing process used to create high precision metal parts with fine details. The technique consists of using a mold of the desired part, at Casel Supplier we offer silicone molds. This mold is immersed in a ceramic solution that hardens around the model.
In the process it is removed from the mold, leaving a cavity into which molten metal is poured to create the final part. Microcasting is commonly used in the manufacture of jewelry, watch components and medical devices.
Blue silicone molds
Silicone molds are characterized by their high thermal and mechanical resistance, they are semi-hard for high temperatures, ideal for undercuts.
Butterfly brooches and pins

Slag Remover
It is used to remove impurities from molten tin, lead and zinc alloys, functioning as a cleaning agent, it is supplied in 5 lb. buckets.
Talcum powder separator
This talcum powder is applied to vulcanized rubber molds to improve their quality and increase their service life, also to make the metal flow into the cavities.
White filling molds
Filler rubber with good thermal resistance for medium size parts. Flexible molds designed for centrifugal casting of low melting point metal alloys: Zamac, Pewter, Lead.
